Front of WM006 Back of WM006 |  WM006 Moonrise over Mount Lougheed, The Canadian Rockies (writing on front of card) Like the Three Sisters (WM004), Mount Lougheed is visible from my house. It is my second favourite mountain in the Canadian Rockies after Castle Mountain. This image was taken in the spring of 1999 from the Wind Valley trail below Mount Lougheed. I photographed it with a 135 mm lens and a warming polarizer to capture on film the spectacular glow that my eye was seeing. This image was featured on the cover of Canadian Geographic's Canadian Scenics calendar for 2001 and again in 2002. Price: $ 3.95 Cdn |
