The 'lake of
little fishes' is known as the hiking capital of Canada.
Sunrise at Lake Louise is truly one of the great sights in the
Canadian Rockies, but catching it can be an arduous task for a
photographer in late May and early June (when the ice finally
breaks up and the lake sports its most spectacular colours).
The days are at their longest, so being there for sunrise
means being at the lake's shore by 5 a.m. at the latest --
