I remember seeing
Castle Mountain when I was a teenager and thinking that it was
the coolest looking mountain that I had ever seen. That's pretty much how I still feel about it to this day.
I think the translation of the Stoney native name for the
mountain perfectly captures the magic of the fortress-like
peak; Castle Mountain - Banff's 'Dancing Teepee in
the Wind'.
